As an IT Assistant, you will assist the IT Manager with administration of various systems, tools, applications, and infrastructure across PMMI's technology stack. You will assist with vendor management and coordination of support for PMMI Staff and provide light helpdesk-style support and troubleshooting to PMMI staff and contractors when required. The IT Assistant will also provide Salesforce administration and user support under the direction of and working closely with the Senior Database Administrator.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administration and provisioning of company applications including but not limited to:
    • Salesforce
    • Fonteva
    • Personify
    • RingCentral
    • Box
    • Adobe
    • Smartsheet
    • O365
  • MSP tools including Connectwise, Edgepilot SPAM filter, and Cofense LMS for Security Awareness Training
  • Administers PMMI's central identity management solution, OneLogin, and provisions user access in coordination with management following the rule of least privilege
  • Assist the Senior Database Administrator with Salesforce administration, configuration, data updates, report and dashboard creation, and implementing apps and integrations.
  • Act as a backup for the Senior Database Administrator for other tasks including SQL Administration, Crystal report development, etc.
  • Responsible for delivering our overall IT support process, including routing people to the appropriate support resources and vendor helpdesks and troubleshooting user and equipment issues
  • Supports our onboarding and offboarding processes through the provisioning and revoking access as well as setting up or moving equipment / workstations as required.
  • Assist staff with basic IT training & support tasks, documenting how-to guides, training videos, and SOP's when required.
  • Coordinate with IT, A/V, and TelCom vendors for service and maintenance requests as needed.
  • Assists with the deployment of technology solutions support the PACK EXPO portfolio of trade shows.
  • Assist with managing equipment inventory and related documentation including laptops, desktop and mobile phones, iPads, and other equipment that requires tracking.
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining SOP documentation and IT policies and procedures, including the IT Run Book.
  • Assists with and coordinates incident response for any and all IT or cybersecurity incidents that may arise.
  • Responsible for completing periodic security & access audits, under the supervision of the IT Manager.
  • Manage data privacy mailbox and request process to remove data / unsubscribe from our mailing lists.


Requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and cloud principles preferred
  • 0 -3 years of working in a professional work environment, preferably in the technology or IT support field
  • Limited travel required
